Anime Review:: Vandread

Vandread is a new type of anime. It integrated CG (Computer Graphics) into many scenes throughout the series.
Vandread is about when earth becomes too polluted to live on anymore and they send humans to other planets, blah blah blah.... Here's the twist, one of the ships the humans are on have an argument, it's basically males vs. females. The males split the ship in two and both genders populate planets somewhat close to each other. They are at war for generations when the males finally make a fleet of Vanguard, which are mobile suit type vehicles, to battle the females.
When they're new weapon is about to take off a 3rd class citizen call Hibiki sneaks about the battleship to steal a Vanguard to show to all the 3rd class citizens what they have been working on. Before Hibiki can sneak off the ship it takes off. Once in outer space they are attacked by a fleet of female pirates. The females manage to take over an old part of the battleship and the males separate the new half from the old. Once the males got good distance away from the ship they shoot a rocket with Pexis (I'm not sure how its spelt) in it and blow the female capital ship and the old half of the male ship across the universe.
Since males are told females are monsters from birth, the captives about the ship that was shot across the galaxy are now plotting against the females. In all they begin to learn how to cooperate and work the new ship the Pexis has created. Three of the female main characters get whole new ships and Hibiki gets a new Vanguard created by the crystal (Pexis). They must learn to work together to defeat the new threat they have found before it reaches they're home planet, but can they get there in time?
