Anyways.

It's been a while since the last update, so it's been a while since ACF has been running vBulletin. Over the last few months we've managed to bring back a lot of features that were lost during the old board's upgrade from phpBB2 to phpBB3 - such as the name glows, custom user titles, and the beloved shoutbox.

On top of that, we also have a much better games arcade, and also our crazy little chatbot Asuka (who now frequents the shoutbox as often as she does her own forum. -insert scared face here.-)

The upgrades to ACF aren't fully complete yet though; there are a few small things that need changing, as well as one large thing:

I'm hoping to add an RPG. ^_^

If there's anyone who has experience in (or is just plain interested in) developing a storyline, character classes, abilities, weapons, etc, etc, then please don't hesitate to PM me or FlashD on the forums. Also, if you can think of anything this good site can add or change, feel free to PM us about those as well. ^_^

Seriously.

Users of this here fine forum will come to understand that from now (and probably for the next week or so), ACF will be undergoing a BIG change.

This BIG change is in part to me deciding to swap over from phpBB3 to the much, much better vBulletin software for the forum. I kept this very quiet because I didn't know when exactly it was going to happen. But, it's happening now. :p

As soon as I can, I will post more information about the update, such as what's happening, what's new, what's gone, what needs to be changed and done. etc.

For those of you who are curious as to what vBulletin holds for the forum, check out the vBulletin website for more information on the forum software.

After (literally) months and months the time has finally come. ACF is once again accepting and submitting anime and manga reviews!

I know it's taken me a long time to sort out what appears to be a small task and I apologise :( but sometimes it is best to take your time than rush something.

The re-opening of the reviews couldn't have been done without assistance and help from long-time dedicated member, anime guru and general insomniac Takai! So many thanks to Takai, our new Reviews Editor, for her hard work! ^^

If you want to submit a review; please make sure you check out the rules and guidelines for submitting a review before submitting a review to Takai. ^_^

Oh, and finally, periodically I will update this FrontPage with news of new reviews that have been submitted.

It's been a month since the last update on this here page so I thought I'd throw together a quick one just to keep everyone awake and aware. ^_^

Firstly, the new and upcoming FrontPage is -almost- complete. (yay ^^) And hopefully we should have that up sometime soon. . . . i.e. sometime next year. xD

Secondly, Montreal and Takai have been incredibly kind to create some site banners for the forum. We now have a script running on the forum which randomly loads one of a number of banners each time someone (you) load a page on our forum; currently these banners only work for CodeBlack but banners are being made for AcidTech, and will be set up soon.

Please give many thanks to Montreal and Takai for their fantastic contributions for the forum and its community!

I have decided to change the server our site is being run on, in order to have certain system requirements for some features I have planned for the forum, however this will mean that during the transfer the site will be unavailable.

eHostPros (Our service provider) has told us the transfer will give ACF a downtime of 24-48 hours, depending on when they start the transfer. In advance I apologise for this, but it is a necessary update.
