Once a great city Cattann has been reduced to shambles after the battles of Catines. The people of once great Cattann have tried to rebuild it to it's glory day standings, have not achieved much. The Catinesits are constantly at war. One voice of hope rings out at night though, reminding the people of Cattann that they will once again rise to glory. That voice is Luika Pskid, she settled in Cattann when she was very young and has kept to herself for most of her stay. But at night she sings the old battle songs of the great Cattann warriors. She is beginning to stir up the fires of revolt. There will be another war soon, and this time Cattann is going to be victorious!
