Looking for a graphics Designer.

Please, I am looking for a graphics designer for a card game I have. Here is an example of a card I have designed, but it's crude, and doesn't even have a picture for it:

I will only take volunteers for now. But to gain the position, you will need to design this card, and show it to me. The one with the best picture will be granted the positon of gattlema card designer.

Don't be sarcastic/ass on this forum...someone might be interested. So don't just pass judgement on this so quickly.

I couldn't pay even If I wanted to. My grandparents won't let anything be paid over the internet. That, I am sorry, and I cannot afford to pay anyone as yet. Please don't take this harshly. I can promise a comission IF this game succeeds.
