Nice 8) I like the Lacus and Kira one, the shading on the other pictures is really good

i got a comment from a deviant on the last picture, (the random gundam pilot)
He claims that he looks like Yzak's mum LOL

That random pilot is called Heine Westenfluss and his voice actor is that guy from T.M. Revolution

Yzak's mum has shorter hair >_>

what did u use to draw it?

I used Photoshop and it's a trace.

I am a little outdated,. ^^; <--has never used photoshop V_V

I drew the lines myself. The picture would have 2 layers, one layer is the actual picture and the other layer is a blank sheet. And I draw on the blank sheet and it doesn't draw on the actual picture.

When I finish drawing I just delete the actual picture and it just leaves the black lines I drew.

I never used Photoshop at all until last year >_<

I use Photoshop 7.

I'm only good with the mouse if the mouse is good cause it's really annoying if there's a lot of dust in it. Most of the pictures I did were done with a roller ball mouse.

I don't think I posted this here before did I? It's Lunamaria but I left out her 'antenna' at the top of her head.

Yup, you didn't post this here. But this is a nice piece as well.

I noticed, its much easier using the drawing pad of this link compared to using paint.

Haha the 'antenna' is from the Full Metal Alchemist manga and that's what they called Ed's part of the hair that sticks up lol.

I don't like Paint at all cause it messes up your pictures by putting random dots everywhere when you try to save something as a .jpeg and it doesnt do that with Photoshop.

That drawing pad is really good but you can't erase mistakes.

Yeah i guess, we used to call Sakura from CCS a cockroach, because she has 2 antenna's sticking out.

I thought if does that only when you change a picture from gif to jpeg.

You can erase mistakes using that paint thingy. it just takes a lot of effort in doing it.

If you save any picture type using Photoshop the quality of the pictue stays the same. But if you use Paint and save something as a .gif it makes the picture look weird.

If you are using Photoshop and there's weird mistakes on the picture you could just use the blending tool and you wouldn't notice the mistake.

On the coloured picture of Shinn I used the blending tool on his face and hand.

@Izumi-chan - can i make a small request for u to CG this. I want to see what it looks like after being CGed. ^^; I hope its not too much to ask.

Sure do you have the picture that you copied it from? So that I can get the right colours.

Actually, it was just a random scene from episode 25. (near the ending of it 21.58 mins of the show to be exact) Damn, i just noticed i forgot to draw that bit as well -_-;

I can't get a screenshot of it because WMA doesn't have that feature. But i guess you don't have to get the colors right. After all, the uniform should be about the same color as Shinn's.

Not bad at all. Its very well done indeed.
Though there seems to be a bit of the shine in his hair which resembles the 'faith' symbol

I didn't like colouring his hair cause the mouse I was using is an infra red one and it doesn't seem to move were you want it to so it was kinda annoying. On my other drawings I used a roller mouse cause they were drawn when I'm in school.

I have the infra-red ones and i never use it because of the similar problem i encountered while drawing. Too bad i don't have a roler ball mouse. V_V

I'm not on vacation I wish I was. I'm not free at all I'm just lazy so I just draw when I should be studying >_<. I do 3 A-levels which are ICT, Chemistry and Biology. And I hate biology the most.

Anyway that drawing that I'm starting will probably take longer to draw than my other pictures cause it's really big. It's 1500 x 2067 XD and there's a lot of detail in it.

Whoa, you better study as well. I think i am getting too addicted to drawing as well, but i need to tell myself to stop. Guess we both resort to drawing when we are lazy to work ^^;
