Are psychics real or charlatans? An age-old question with many sides. How do you feel about the evidence?

I believe psychics to a certain extent and I don't mean the ones on TV.

I just dont beleive in them. the way they ask questions and what not makes you give them the answers with out knowing it. Plus even i could make something up. I went to a psychic and what they told me never happened and never will. LOL SINCE i was supposed to die at 19 they told me LOL!!!!!! suckas got proved wrong.

Any psychic that predicts death for a client and tells that client of the seeing, is in serious danger. It may be that a charlatan was your misfortune.
In my opinion, Physics is a subject we study in high school or in our higher education if we intend to persue it.
Physics is just a name given by researchers and scientists who claim things happen because of a reason and with evidence they prove a point. But sometimes there are things physics or even science can't prove.
So, in my conclusion, physics is just name sake.
Definately a poor excuse of trying to convince people of happenings.

My good forum companion, please don't confuse Physics with Psychics.
I don't want to appear lecturing, but Physics has to do with the physical properties of matter and mathematical applications thereto.
Psychics are individuals who claim to be able to operate in realms somewhat beyond the immediate physical reality in which we find ourselves.
A gentle, but necessary, correction of terms.
In basics, Hiro read the title wrong. No biggie.
I don't think it's possible for someone to be psychic. I think the mind-reading stuff is all down to luck and data they probably collected on the most likely response to a sutiation or action. Also, the spoon thing - I think that's down to either body heat, or psychical thumb strength.
My view on it. Thank you.

Thanks, Mac. Don't mean to go on a rant. Bad habit. Gotta fix it. Sorry Hiro--no offense intended, please accept sincere apology.
ESP counts as psychics.

I wouldint say ESP is psychics, i would rather opt for a phenomum of sorts. Know one even know's that ESP even existis, i read somewhere that some animals may use it but then they can't prove it at all. Physchics is all math, how the world rotates and stay's where it is, how to split an atom, how to control electricity.
i would say i beileve in it.
Its actually quite hard not to believe in psychics, computers evolved from psychis didint they? and i love eem so much ^_^

I can't say I do. Not enough evidence is provided. Most are fakes, that is why it is hard to say.
Off-topic but I have to say...

Psychics use ESP (extra sensory perception) in order to be psychics.
