Clouded Vision

I haven't written a poem in a long time so I thought I should write one :/ hope everyone likes it ^^

Clouded Vision

Too hard to see
What's right in front of me
Eyes wide open
But everything is blurry

Helpful friends
Everywhere around me
hold out a hand
As I walk away

Unknowing of their gestures
I keep walking alone
Through darkened streets
and open holes

Looking in the mirror
I see someone behind me
Start to embrace with warmth
Whispering calming words in my ear

"You're never alone
In good times and bad
Just think back
On the friends you've had"

A vision of a hoped for desire? But that's getting too personal, I think. But, then, that's what poetry is all about, isn't it? Nice writing, Shira~chan. ^_^
