Neither of them are among my favorites, but i can sympathize with Ed, so i'll vote for him.

Aaaahm i like Luffy's personality... but he can't beat Edward Elric. C'mon, Ed itr's the coolest shortie out there xD He can make as cry in serious moments, and ROFL in funny ones. Also his "abilities" are cooler than Luffy's. And, in my opinion, FMA is better than One Piece.
