Short, blond hair, in boyish cut that sweeps under her jaw. Large blue eyes. 5’3” she has a small, delicate frame, build much like a ballet dancer. Her clothing mostly consists of white or cream dresses, button-up shirts, baggy trousers of silk and her coat and cloak. She is without socks or shoes, only wearing slippers when really needed. A leather harness in her bag (which she has with her 24/7)

Very much so the same though both hair and eye colour lighten dramatically enough to seem as if glowing. Wings that are far too big and out of proportion to the rest of her body, hence the leather harness to keep them strapped down.
Abilities: Healing ability in which she mentally uses a second set of ‘fingers’ to painlessly push into the body and physically fix any damage done. The occasional burst of strength/speed. Wings are big enough and strong enough to knock down opponents. She has slight ability over plants, being able to make them grow, wither or bend to her will
Personality/rough Bio: Oenothera (Oneo) is one of the few handfuls of angels left in the world. Her race are more like descendants of angels then direct from heaven, the only connections with angels if anything are her wings healing ability and her eerie glowing that occurs when she has shifted. Oneo can be a rather clumsy coward, she’d much rather hide than fight, but will do what she can to protect loved ones and her village. Being both timid and gentle her emotions are sometimes hard to control.
