This character is sort of based on me some are true(father issues) and some are not

Hair: Auburn (like Peyton's on OTH xD)
Eyes: Changes with seasons brown, green, hazel, and silver
Height: 5'6"
Personality: She is a very kind person but doesn't like to be taken advantage of. She can be a real b---h at some points in time or another. She is very passionate about her relationships and her career. Prefers to keep them separate but it doesn't always go very well. Strong-minded. Fiery. Calm, Cool, and collected or so she thinks.
Biography: Shay Rockwell was born in Auburn Hills, North Carolina. Born June 11, 1989. Has many friends in her lifetime and is still very close to half of them. Rachel A. is currently her best friend and they talk frequently every now and again. She has Daddy issues, so don't even go there (died in 2005). Got married in 2007 to a Dr. John Carter, but they are having martial problems sort of... off and on again relationship.
She really loves John but she has this attraction to bad boys. She has an ability of intuitive aptitude, which means that she understands the structure and operation of complex systems without special education or training. She can copy anyone's "abilities" and use them to how she sees fit. Dr. Shay Rockwell-Carter also goes by the name Dr. Rockwell in other states for security purposes. She is wanted for... (I'll have to think about that xD) but she copies people's personalities as well.
