Mount Mekelhorn

frank has rebuilt, again, but just paced back and forth, slept when desired, ate when meals were prepared, let Shoden wander through the massive caverns of Mekelhorn, and loved his always present, beautiful little love, Sarah.

"Sarah, my dear love, I think we should reopen the doors and let our friends and others come back in again. Shall we share our bounty, the magickal gifts we have, even our love for each other, once more?"

Sarah raised herself from off their massive bed in an impossibly huge bedroom, and calling for her faeire gauze to tease her frank, but to become presentable, she let her naked body be covered, somewhat, with her faerie gauze.

dear frank, I think that's a wonderful idea. Even if no one comes, at least we'll be able to let you show off our Mekelhorn, which I know you love so dearly and really only hid it behind a transparent veil, so all would think that, once again, it was destroyed by your hands.

dear frank, I know you better than that and I've been hoping that we could play and love again, as we always have, but sharing our love with our friends.

Sarah floated to frank, borne by Cape, and settled in his arms, as she was always comfortable being held and loved by this strange Warlock of hers.

frank looked at his Sarah for a millionth, millionth time and felt his heart and soul surrendeer themselves, as they always have, to his faerie lover. He felt her in his arms, pressed against him, a part of himself, and knew her every curve and shape, and still marvelled at her classic beauty.

Her faerie gauze, as always, showed nothing but revealed everything, almost even unto her very soul. She saw frank's admiring look and that little smile he usually had when he looked at her, and even now, after all these years, she still blushed a bright crimson red, like any virgin maiden.

"Shoden, wherever you may be, have you heard and what say you? This is your home as well as ours."

Dragon brother, I am deep into the bowels of Mekelhorn and have found a rich vein of gold and another of silver. Along with crystals of a goodly size, all perfect, and all rare as men and dragon,both, measure these things.

It's your decision, of course, my brother, but it seems your lady Sarah approves and so I must, also. You've been too preoccupied, if you'll forgive me the saying, with other-worldly things. Even such as you need to return to your own kind, if but briefly

And so it was agreed by all; and frank and Sarah set about making visible once again, all the magnificent splendor that was known before.

frank mused, I'll wait 'till all is done once more, ere we send out the notice that we'd like our friends and even the curious to enter our halls.

"Very well, to begin then. One veil at a time, that each uncovering may return the magnificent splendor that was, and has really always been: Mount Mekelhorn.

The Grand Room, first, I think."

frank stood at what had been the entry way into his Grand Hall, and with feet spread wide and Cape whipping about almost violently from the pressures, he planted his magick staff with outstretched arms, caused the magick crystal at the top to glow furiously, and drew from the energies that had long been stored within the mountain, directed them against the covering veil, and caused it to disappear like fragrant smoke upon the wind.

With the uncoverng, the marble floor returned,with its odd patterning that seemed to shift and slide about within the floor itself. The walls returned, rough hewn most of them, from the huge rocky cavern, each wall studded with scintillating crystals from other worlds, emitting lights and sounds pleasing to the eyes and ears, but definitely not of this world.

frank's snow-white Doves returned and flew about, then finding frank and Sarah, flew to their shoulders warbling little sounds of love and joy, and caressed their necks and cheeks with tiny, snowy heads, giving little kisses with their loving bills, before flying off as they should to their own places high in the walls where they'd be always safe, but seen and loved.

Their ruby-throated humming birds also returned with their shining emerald bodies darting about, but hovering at the lips of frank and Sarah. And from each little beak, a drop of honey-dew was gifted them, between their lips and placed upon their tongues, in welcome greeting of their own true love for this unique couple. Then they too, flew off to recapture their own nests, also high in the walls, where they'd always be safe but always seen and admired for their beauty.

Splendid globes of light returned, some small, some large, but all castng a soft warmth throughout the hall.

The rooms again were there. Pixie's with her guarding sigil upon the door, which led to her private gardens and a magick pool with waterfall and all such other things as Pixie had before were once again made whole and visible.

Frank and Sarah's room, of course, with it's own guarding sigil. Opulent and splendid, rich in silks and satins, soft carpeting upon the floors, their huge bed, of course, and also furnished with tables and chairs and lounges and all such things that frank could think of to make his faerie love most comfortble. Quiet music that sounded like a gentle rain, then changed into a gentle waterfall cascading into a quiet pool, and always, the magickal sounds of harp and flute, and fyfe, and gentle drum.

Some other rooms and chambers and some of the passageways had been made to disappear, their contents gone, the mountain reclaiming its ownership over things unneccessary and unwanted.

And so it went, little touches, here and there by them both. Shoden still being more interested in amassing even a larger fortune than he already had, and having no interest in the decorating of these chambers. He was content to know that frank and Sarah would provide for him whatever he desired, and that was good enough.

Until it was all done. The Grand Hall as it was once, the important rooms and chambers, furnishings and food and drink and still the Hall couldn't be dwarfed by any effort. It seemed to just grow larger as the more things were made to reappear.

As it was before.

Well now, Sarah love, it seems we have been charged with a rather awesome duty and request. As you know, The Rain Pixie, Raine, would return the soonest possible. And, along with her, the comely virgin pixie, Elva of the Snow. It seems they are about to enter a transformation where they will leave their pixie beings and become what, I'm not too sure. Still we are asked, as I did offer, to prepare this, her room, a bit more with our magicks and plant our wards to make it safe and seal off whatever passageways of entrance there might have been, allowing unwanted visitors to enter.

Let us take care of the latter first, that we may work uninterrupted.

dear frank, yes, we can do his thing for your Sister and the pixie Elva. If we use both our strengths and call upon the forces of the mountain, itself, to make this the most magickal of all the rooms. And the safest, as well.

Shoden, you heard all this, of course. No, we don't expect you to be here, not in body , anyway. Your work with those veins of ore is important enough. but if we need your strength, I know you'll be keeping a sensor aware of what we do. also

Indeed, my Brother and My Lady, I heard and am ready as you well know, if necessary, to offer whatever of my strength you may need in this undertaking. It is good that I may continue working the two veins. they are proving to hold more wealth and riches in gold and silver, and crystals, than any man or dragon before has ever known.

Sarah, my love, it seems that all are ready. Let us begin.

*Their arms locked, both now dressed in matching battle dress, but designed to help them focus their energies and repel any attacks, each with a magick Cape, frank, of course, with his own Cape, and Sarah, now with her first ever seen Cape to match frank's, they stood before the Pixie's door with glowing sigil and prayed for entrance.*

*Slowly the door swung wide to allow them to enter and, once inside her room, closed itself tight once more. Sarah and frank walked aways into the room, past the sleeping chambers and into the garden area. There, standing side by side, with interlocking arms, Sarah to frank's right, they each planted their magick staves, deep into the fertile, grassy loam, calling forth the spirits and energies of all the good that frank had placed there long ago.*

*With their heads slightly bowed, as in respect, their foreheads touched the staff of each, causing the magick crystals to glow with a furious light that went coursing through every inch of Pixie's room. Near and far, not the tiniest area ws over-looked as the light penetrated into everything and everywhere. Their Capes whipped about as though caught in a violent storm and even they lent what energy was endowed to them, to this grand effort of the Warlock and his Mate.*

*With horrible noises filled with dread and fear, the evil lurking monsters were drawn out. And as they tried to battle with the pair, found theselves transfixed by the magickal power of the crystals' lights, and were made to disintegrate into useless, harmless, foul smelling wisps of smoke. And so it went, monster after monster, demon after demon, spirit after spirit, until none were left to try to battle against the goodly pair.*

*Then they set about to seal the areas from whence the evil came. The smallest crack and crevice, overhead, in the walls, underneath in the ground, they were all caused to fuse with the material around them once again, denying a passage of any kind to any evil thing.*

*And more, as a further safety to the Pixie pair, and to let the sigil glow most bright with it's own power, frank and Sarah caused an invisible shield of force to be placed above, around, and below the entire vast exapnse of Pixie's room. For, in the casting out of all the evil, and sealing any breach, this magick pair had caused to grow endless fields of flowers of every type and shape and smell, but all which could harbor life of some kind. And they created groves of trees--of fruits and nuts and other things of good taste, but which were not of this planet. Little waterfalls and large ones, too. Each with a gentle cascade of its own sound into magickal pools that spread out to give the gift of water to all the land.*

*And there came birds, and bees, and butterflies, and things that flew and some that crawled and some who found their way on other's backs. Then came all the little animals, of every kind and shape and color.*

*And all was in tune with everything else. And nothing sought to maim or kill or damage anything else. Each one's needs for food and drink was taken care of in the special way that only frank and Sarah with Shoden could make happen--with their magick.*

*At last it was done. As much as this loving pair could think of, so it came into being. But mostly they knew their magicks with Shoden's help had rendered this room safe, forever, and certainly safe for the Pixies to transform into whatever it was that they surmised. And frank and Sarah collapsed into each other's arms, barely being able to be supported by their Capes for, they too, had lent of their own strengths. But the Capes gently laid them resting, holding each other in a loving embrace and allowed the healing magick of this place to enter their bodies and their minds as they slept*

*Shoden was not so troubled, being so huge. His natural and endowed powers were that much more and that much greater, but still even he had to stop his mining of the ore and collecting the crystals to rest, until his huge frame was powerful, once again.*

*Before they gave themselves up to the healing power of this place, frank kissed his Sarah on the lips, holding her gently in his arms, and whispered.*

Thank you, my love. And she, in turn, gave frank a lovers kiss, holding him tightly, and she also said,

dear frank, rest now. you know you have my love and thanks, and we'll play in Pixie's pool tomorrow as only you and I can play. Let us sleep for now, dear frank.... :oops:

[Rain_Pixie]

From seemingly nowhere, Raine's Cape shot forth from the horizon, finding Mt. Mekelhorn, and carefully tread through this place, sensing the works that were being wrought and had yet to be wrought. Raine and Elva sat close to one another, silent as Raine's Cape reached the door to the prior's room. The white symbol glowed faintly on the door.

Carefully, Raine stepped down from Cape, and placed a hand on the symbol. Immediately, the symbol brightened, re-defining it's once fading shape. Raine removed her hand, revealing the now pulsing sign, and watched as the door slowly swung inwards. She went inside, Cape and Elva following, and the door shut itself, securing them from only frank, Sarah, and Shoden know what.

Raine helped her sister down from Cape, and Cape seemed content with swaying beside them, already sensing its role in the upcoming event. The two were quiet as they began their journey through what frank and Sarah had wrought, tears coming to their eyes at the beauty and strength. They remained quiet, Raine already having sensed that her Brother and Sarah were asleep among the peaceful glade.

Melony had seen her pixie friend on her cape but had decided that the hike up to Mount Mekelhorn. She was dressed in her own outfit that she had first seen Frank. Though she had dressed it up a little more then usual.

It is high time that this dragon friend and the others were introduced to me Melony
a voice of telephay told her. Out of the fog from behind her came a large Grey Wolf.

"Patience is a virture that both you and i have never seem to come upon my strong friend. But perhaps it is so that you must meet them." Melony sighed her blonde hair bellowing in the wind.

Shane pointed ehr nose in the air and sniffed inwards. I smell dragon kind nearby and also a fairy, and a pixie? She gazed up at Melony confused and she laughed. "that's right! Raine pixie must also be here to visit Frank-san as well"

[frank]

Sensing the presences of two welcome friends, frank roused himself from sleep and Sarah did, also.

Well, and what have we here?

Liitle Sister!! ^^ Welcome back. *hugs* aplenty

And Elva?? Definitely most welcome!

For some unknown reasons, frank :oops: a bright red when he saw Elva and gave her a welcoming embrace.

And a new friend, who here, will be known as Melony and with her companion, who shall be known as Shane.

frank released the fair Elva, who had grown even more beautiful thatn last they met, and went to the comely Melony and welcomed her, also, in frank's own way that he has with the ladies.

But this one he held very close, and whispered words of warmth and welcome, his lips brushing her ear and cheek.

Welcome home Raine and Elva as well. I'm so glad you're back again.

And it seems we have some new guests as well.

dear Melony, I heard frank's thoughts with that name for you. If you prefer some other, please let me know.

And your companion, also welcome, in our home


Sarah went forward to meet all four with loving embraces and faerie kisses for Raine and Elva, and with a warm faeire hug for Melony.

dear Shane, I don't want to offend you, but I sense that physical contact with you would be uncomfortable. Please let me know if I'm wrong. But Shoden is the only non-human creature that I've ever touched.

Please, be comfortable in frank's and my and the pixies' home.

"Big Brother!"

Raine eagerly hugged frank, a large grin on her face. She pulled back so that Elva could frank as well, her face pink with joy and excitement.

{frank! Thank you for welcoming me into your Home!}

"We didn't wake you all, did we? I see that you've been busy."

Raine asked this as she returned Sarah's embrace and placed a chaste kiss on her cheek as well. She then saw Melony and hugged her tight.

"Momo! It's great to see you! Welcome to my room!"

Elva, at the same time, was hugging Sarah and nuzzling her cheek in innocence, very happy to see her friends once again.

Melony siled and sighed with the rich embrace to which frank had given her. "oh frank ive missed you" she told him moving on to hug Sara and Raine.you have spoken with a knowledge that not many fairy folk have for that you have earned my trust and respect. i believe that Melony will be well taken care with you. She said to Sara bowing and turned to frank. And to you i fell as though i owe an apologie and an explanation. i have traveld far and wide and when i was a cub i came across Melony. She was just a tiny thing then so i helped raise and have vowed to always protect her. i owe a great deal of thanks to you as well. You have looked over Melony and given her a greater love then i could ever provide. Shane bowed deeply to him I am in your debt great sir and noble lady. Melony sighed "always with the dramatics Shane...tone it down a notch.." she rolled her eyes

Well and well, and how may I be of service to all of you? Ask and Mekelhorn will deliver forth that which you've only dreamed 'till now.

True magick abounds in this place and Meklehorn would seem to be more a thing alive than a cold, rock mountain. Touch the walls, the floor, and feel its living heat.

Close your eyes and know of visions that have only appeared in dreams.

But, enough! What do you wish?

Melony sighed. "i want adventure" she stated after a pause " i want to see things that have never been seen before, i want to go places never before explored...and i want...to have fun" she stated. Shane sighed an nuzzled her hands gently

"And do you think you're ready for these unseen and unknown adventures, which your young maiden's heart and mind does crave?"

"Or do you place yourself in my (our, for Sarah is always with me) trust and care?"

"What kind of fun is it that you seek, Maid Melony? Or do you truly know?"

"Our Mekelhorn can only offer that which you may want or desire."

dear frank, please don't tease her anymore. She would be part of this life of ours, I think.

dear Melony, I'm afraid our dear frank has known one too many cups of his Rigellian wine. He is simply playing with you. If he didn't like you, he wouldn't say those things.

Come now, dear Melony, sit next to me and whisper your maiden's secrets that I may see the secrets of your heart. Or would you rather something else? Mekelhorn, indeed, is here to please.

Raine was currently on her side, in her room, sleeping. The usual brightness of her room had dimmed to help her sleep easier. The running rivers kept their usual pace as the new dark-skinned elven faerie ran with them in her dreams. A dress of smoothly fused, bright moonflower petals adorned her body.

Elva was also asleep, her pale form curled up next to her sister's. Her body was adorned with a dress of smoothly fused, pale pink lotus petals. She stirred slightly in her sleep, and it was evident that she would wake soon.

Melony went red out of embarrassment and excitement. "well" she sighed sitting next to Sara.." you're right i don't know what i seek." Her face fell. "but i do know that i want something different then whats in my everyday life, and so if that's is adventure and that is what my heart is telling me i need to find then that's what i shall seek here!"

[frank]

Part of frank's attention had drifted to the images of his Little sister and the Elva of The Snow. Truth to tell, he was quite impressed with both, but especially Elva seemed so much more mature and, if possible, even more beautiful and desirous than before. Both had changed and frank could only count himself fortunate that they'd chosen this, his and Sarah's Mekelhorn, to know as theirs also.

His major attention was with Melony and the provocative way Sarah sat with her, with gentle touches and soft whisperings, bringing out the hidden beauty of this new person in their lives.

frank and Sarah, both, sensed the deep hunger, the craving, innocently being expressed by Melony. With some ideas of perhaps satisfying some of these appetites, or at least allowing Melony to feel free to give free and unbridled rein to her thoughts, dreams and passions, he just watched as Sarah wrought the magick that she always did.

Gently, Sarah put her faerie arm about this Melony, and with the other, stroked her hair quietly giving Melony a magick glow and radiance to her skin and a soft sheen to her hair.

dear Melony, these things will frank make happen. With magick wonder, whatever your heart desires, if it truly does, will come to pass within our Mekelhorn

As though to seal a promise, the forever uninhibited Sarah placed a faerie kiss on Melony's neck,which still felt warm from her blush.

Melony felt extremely relaxed and loved the feel of sara's fairy touch on her hair and when she had kissed her neck she smiled "thank you" was all that was needed to say

frank shook himself as from a reverie. But all seemed well as he looked around and saw his loves safe and quietly enjoying each other and his new Home.

It seemed, somehow that he had been away a very long time.

He called his doves to come and perch on his shoulders and his humming birds brought drops of nectar sweet to place upn his tongue.

My Sister and Elva still sleep, it seems, or have gone to explore the endless depths of Pixie's chamber.

Melony smiled "what do you desire frank?" she turned to him " you've asked me but i know only little about you....you dont have to tell if you dont want to"

[frank]

Cape flapped and fluttered like a distressed maid until, finally, it brought frank out of whatever chambers he had been locked in.

He looked at Melony and paused, glancing about the Great Hall once more, dimly aware of what he had wrought and why. Her words still drifted through his mind.

Turning to see the small flush which Sarah had brought, he said

My desires? Indeed what do I desire? I have asked this of many others, but you're the first one to ask it of me.

Truly, I desire a life surrounded by my friends and loves. A life where beauty is more natural beastly things. I desire a life of mystery, of sounds, and lights, and magick. A life which allows me to see the things I treasure most--my Sarah and Shoden, and those closest to my heart, they knowing who they be--to know a life of safety, beauty and peace. Or indeed whatever life they wish to have.

I already have so many things, more than most I think, and I would share these things, these knowledges, with those who would let me fill their cups with wine.

Unnoticed, as frank gave his answer in quiet voice, it seemed a force gently pushed the three together--frank on the one hand, Melony between, and Sarah on the other hand.

These can be adventurous things, for their achievement is not always the easiest, but perhaps your quest for adventure was one which gave no heed to the consequences?

While waiting for Melony to answer, frank's woodland folk brought some treasures from the forest of nuts and berries and nectar, to offer them. ^_^

Melony thought..."I happen to know much about the consequences of adventure...but i think to have adventure or aything you have to acknowledge that there is a bad part to everything. Even here i feel a presence of evil stirring..." she looked down ashamed..."im sorry that was rash...i didnt mean to offend you"

[Rain_Pixie]

After a considerable amount of time, the Silverwood sisters finally stirred from their sleep. Both knew in their hearts that they ought to check on their friends and family soon, but wanted to get used to the bodies they possessed post-metamorphosis. Raine's room grew brighter upon their awakening, and greeted the pair with a gentle wind.

Raine stretched and looked about her room, noting the differences and similarities compared to before the transformation. There were now elements of her room that possessed a wild beauty, such as a huntress, and she briefly wondered if it was a tiny reflection of the new part of her that was had recently been awoken.

Elva gazed about with as much curiosity as her sister. She took a few steps forward in the fresh grass, looking as one preparing to leave on a great journey, but perhaps it was simply the lighting. The pale elven-faerie uttered a content sigh at the sight, and then turned to her sister expectantly.

Raine mirrored Elva's movement. The sisters couldn't help uttering gasps at what they saw on the others' solar plexus; the dresses they were wearing had sweetheart necklines, which was why they were able to see such. On Raine, in ivory, was a birthmark that represented Dawn in nature's language; on Elva, in onyx, was a birthmark that represented Dusk in nature's language.

They stared at the birthmarks for a moment before their eyes met. Raine and Elva shared a smile, and then stepped closer to hug each other. After their embrace, the sisters sent a thought to frank, telling him that they were well, and would emerge soon.

*Looking around at the wonder and magnifence of Mekelhorn, frank began to muse....*

"Here, also, in our Home, it would seem that unsettled spirits are seeking some sort of peace. Perhaps the wards need to be strengthened, somewhat. The interior, though, still contains many unexplored chambers that house who knows what manner of creatures. At least the Sisters are safe, as I can feel from Raine's thought.

All the other private chambers are still protected and Shroden guards us at least as well as his own chamberrs and treasure hoard.

Sarah, love, may we dance? There is a strangeness in my being, my soul, that only holding you will ease."

*Magickal globes of quiet sounds and color appeared as Cape brought the two lovers together and held them close while frank's snow-white doves
and hummingbirds came to give them love, resting on their shoulders.*
