Since this is a forum to ask people questions, why not make a thread where people could ask a question that all (or as many as possible) members of ACF's staff could answer?

If what I said just then didn't make sense, then this is how this thread works. You ask a question, and the staff of ACF answer it. Nobody else - just the staff.

I think it's a good way to ask a question and have several people give their own opinions or answers to it. ^^ That, and just asking the mods all silly things like "What do you do when you're not moderating ACF?"

So go for it! Direct silly questions to t3h ACF staff ^^

I've been a mod on two other sites. One died from lack of enough active members. The other might still be there. I dunno. It wasn't very active--like maybe 5 posters.

I was asked to be top dog at an anime site, not too long ago, but I think they really just wanted my money.

I'm happy with ACF. Don't need to go anywhere else. ^_^

Mostly I read a lot of works to critique, write stuff, fool around with finding images and posting them one place or another, and seems like I spend a lot of time on stupid TV series re-runs of really bad anime. Don't ask why, I guess I keep hoping for a miracle. But then I turn to Disney Channel so it's all good. Mostly. Sometimes.

well sundays-thursday nights i go to work at 11pm,come home at 8am,sleep until 3 or 5,then im up till work again

in the case of class i go there at 7pm,come back at 10,eat dinner and go to work

and on weekends i will play videogames or hang out with one of my friends

well, i go to high school during the week..8 am - 3 pm. on the weekends, i'll do a number of random things...it depends on when my friends are home from college. but in december i will start working, so that'll take up a lot of my time. mostly, i sit at home and play video games or get online. i am the editor of my school's yearbook, so i do the graphic design for that, too.

Harmless. Is the robot "stalker" Yahoo sends out to crawl around our pages and pick up info for the web. what else all it does, I dunno. Google has one like it, also. And a few other search engines. they are what put us on top. ^^

When I'm not on ACF I'm not really doing a lot else. I'm most likely doing one of three common things: sleeping, working, or playing video games. The more uncommon things is occasionally I go hang out with Erk (depending if he's able / around at the time), I eat O_o or I'm just stood / sat somewhere doing absolutely nothing because I can't be bothered to think of something to do.

i havent gotten many chances to cook meals but im pretty good at making brownies and sugar cookies.I dont know how to cook much with an oven yet but im the god of the toaster and microwave :mrgreen:

As for what I do when I'm not on ACF, I spend a lot of time online even if I'm not here... usually catching up on tv online, or rewatching/obsession about some of my favorite series. I also write fairly often, and I'll have school soon so that will take up most of my time. I have a job as well, but I only work weekends now that school is starting back up.

I have a tabby cat named Tabby and another named Tigger(white and orange)

Tabby's a scardey cat who will run if you make sudden movements around her and on occasional will get freaked out by her own shadow,Tigger on the other hand is an attention seeker who likes human food thanks to me XD

I can't really describe what she is, but just say she's long-haired, brown and black (the brown is more of a brownish-orange) with a white bit under her chin. She's a bit twitchy when anyone's near her but really likes being fussed, and enjoys sleeping on a box in the back yard. xD

The ACF moderator team is a gang of superhuman and sometimes not even human moderators who attempt to take over the planet. Wacky, bloody, and fan servicey, think FLCL and Excel Saga.

Mac: Designated leader, though no one really listens to him haha. Can turn into a dragon in the blink of an eye, making him destructive and fierce. When in human form, he's very small.

Not that I know of, anyway. And yes, I suppose it would. ACF has certainly had its share of adventures and journeys of all different kinds. Although who would be up to the rather daunting task of being an objective historian is another question.

Considering that there are listed 6,360 members, 3,845 threads, and 336,593 posts, the job of going through all that information, putting it into some kind of coherent order, and making it interesting enough for people to read is a challenge even I wouldn't undertake. But it could be done, and it's a good idea. ^^

That is all information about you and your activity--some of it. You can change or eliminate some of it like age, location, custom title, etc.

Some of it you're stuck with. Like join date, post count, Gil credit, bank credit, blog entries, etc.

Gil is the ACF currency that is used for stuff. Like gifts or donations. Some posts carry Gil and post credit for each one, some don't. Like Spam-O-Rama, Lost It Society don't. Each post in the other forums do carry credits. Even Asuka, but she's broken, right now. ^^

The post count that you see is the total for the posts made only in those forums that give post credit.

The little icons are gifts that a member has been given by other members.

The little round circle tells if you're home or not. Green for online, gray for offline.

The little squares, either green or dark, are reputation points. Those are also given by other members.

Way down at the bottom, with your on/off light there is the icon to give a member reputation "power." Also the Report icon to use if an entry is offensive, breaking the rules, etc.

If you want them to show, little icons will appear below the gifts for different stuff. Yahoo, MSN, Skype, etc.

Up on the ACF menu bar, click on vbPlaza Menu. You can buy stuff for yourself - the ability to change how your name appears, or be invisible when online - and gifts or donations for others. You can also put your gil in the bank.

Just adding a short bit to that -- if you put your gil in the bank, you collect periodic interest, so your amount increases slowly. But you have to take it out of the bank if you want to purchase any of the things mentioned above.
