My house is a cave, MY cave. It has animal skins, a fire, a pot hanging over the fire with stew, another pot next to it with some form of tea , a wooden bowl, a spoon, and a mug.

I'm sure with enough time and money a new nucleotide could be created.
Then again, new mRNA and ammino acids would need to be created aswell, and you'd have to check that the polypeptide chains would make functional protiens.

Still.. might be possible.
