Recently a lot of members have contacted me (outside of the forum) saying that they have been unable to log into the forum.
As only a few people know, a few days ago I changed the server ACF runs on, to a newer, faster and more updated server. Unfortunately this means that all the saved Internet files that relate to ACF (such as cookies) point to the wrong server; which means that some people may find they can't log in.
There are two ways to solve this. The first, is to use a different browser to access the site (if you use IE, use Firefox, etc.).
The second, which I recommend you do is you clear your browser's temporary internet files, stored form and password data, and cookies.
This varies by browser to browser. But what you should need to do is click the 'tools' or 'options' button in your browser, click 'Internet Options' and find the area in the options which relates to internet privacy.
On IE, this will either be on the first window, under 'Browsing History' (you will need to delete all the files). On Firefox, this will be under the Privacy tab, and in the 'Form Data' area near the bottom (again, clear everything.)
On other browsers this should be similar - do whatever deletes your cookies and temporary internet data.
Remember to clear everything - Otherwise you might not be able to log in still.
Any questions? You can contact me through IM or email, or via another member of the site.
Thank you. ^_^
