Its always a midnight summer there. Its just the perfect temperature were you can take off your coat and be perfectly comfortable but the occasional breeze can still make you shiver. The moon is always full and the stars bright but that is not what give source to the light. The trees! The trees blossom with white flowers not found anywhere else on this or any other planet, whose pollen is light and trickles down gently from the blossoms providing a beautiful stream of light from the trees to the ground, where the lights go out and serve to nourish the trees. The trees never die because the light is an elixir of life to them curing every disease and taking away age at the same rate they gain it ^^ This of course is just the tip when it comes to describing my enchanted forest! The trees grow to be 3 times larger than any red wood on earth. The water there... thats something special... the water reflects everything it sees like a black mirror of the purest glass, though streams flow into it, they flow smooth and slilently unless over rocks and in water falls. To drink this water is like drinking liquid ice... and to swim in it is like a mid-warm bath. the grass is always lush and is soft and cool to lay on. The whole forest is preserved and protected by the elemental cats that reside in it, and the goddesses of beauty and life.
(ooc - excuse me... But I suck at first posts.)
-almost silently, one arm held against his other from an injury sustained by falling down a small rock face, he stumbled through unknown forestry, completely lost.
He had been walking a trail, travelling between the last town and the next, and had attempted to take a short-cut as the sun had set and he had been worried about staying out in the darkness, only to find himself lost and upon attempting to return to the trail, only walked further away from it. Now tired and dazed, he was just walking, hoping to find the end of the forest or, at the very least, somewhere to sleep.
Eventually, he came across light in the distance; strange, bright light. Almost exhausted he stumbled out towards it, unaware of what this light was coming from or what might be there. But before he could find out the source, his body gave up on him. His vision blurred, his senses failing as he stumbled into the open, collapsing just meters from one of the trees glowing with light, unable to move, not to even open his eyes.
His only hope was that he wouldn't get attacked whilst he was forced to recover-

Suddenly as two celestial cats were walking by they noticed a man laying face down in the grass just outside the forest limits... they knew that the goddesses would never accept letting him to die... Besides... the celestial cats were the most compasionate of the cats anyway... one helped the other put him on her back and they carried him to a pool where Soriana was sitting with her feet in the pond.
She looked over and stood... "what happened to him? ... bring the poor man over here..." The cats layed him before her and she examined him... She cut his clothes where his greatest wounds were and then walked over to the stream... she pooled some water in her hands and let it run over his wounds... this wouldn't necessarally heal them... but it would keep them from getting infected...
She tied the pieces of his shirt arround te largest wounds but left his arm alone for now... not knowing whether or not it was broken... and she left him to rest while she sat back in her spot by the stream...
-After what seemed to be an hour, he stirred, at first uttering a light groan under his breath, before moving, turning onto his side, facing the lake he was now at, and then opening one eye.
He waited for his focus to settle before he began to realise something had happened. He didn't -quite- recall collapsing. He recalled stumbling and that was it, so where he was now was confusing and strange-
uh...?
-thinking he had probably passed out at the edge of a river, he sat up, rubbing his head. Ironically, he sat up facing away from Soriana, and the two celestial cats that had probably saved his life. It was only when he decided to check his arm, wondering why it felt tight, did he slowly realise someone had tampered with his clothing in an attempt to bandage his arm.
He then looked out to the lake, and then to the other side; then spotting Soriana. Almost instantly he made a startled gasp, jumping and falling over backwards onto his back some two meters back from where he had sat up, but now facing her-
Wh- who... who are you?!

she heard him stirring... but even though her ear twitched in the direction of the sound she didn't turn arround just yet as she was still getting the story from the cats... thier fur looking like they had wrapped the night sky arround their bodies and their eyes like tiny moons. but when she found herself addressed she stood up and patted one of the cats on the head before turning arround and bowing in Japanese fassion.
"I am Soriana... you fell just outside my home... Lay and Leah saved your life and I did my best to tend to you..." She bided her time and stayed where she was but she looked at him extreamly curiously... "You shouldn't move so much... you are not strong yet..." she turned to one of the cats and spoke in some kind of strange language and it ran off...
uh-
-he stammered a few timed, incredibly surprised both by her, and the cats that were with her. He wasn't as such surprised by her ears, but more surprised by the chains that she had on her form, which, to him, made her look like some sort of lost slave to someone she probably didn't want to see again.
The rest of his surprise was almost solely upon the strange cats that accompanied her-
Uh... oh..
-he eventually managed to speak a coherent word, before relaxing again, fatigue coming back to him. for a few moments he looked like he'd collapse back down again, but he didn't; he just remained looking at her with curious eyes-
I... am I okay here...? I.. I didn't mean to tresspass or anything..
--he began attempting to apologise for tresspassing, although he probably didn't need to-

Soriana tilted her head to the side "trespass? What does this word mean? tresspass...?" she gazed at the strange man... there was something more to him she could tell... but she wasn't going to ask anything as he had obviously just had some kind of trauma...
shortly the one cat that left returned with a small red-orange colored fruit tht strangely looked like a peach... Soriana took this from the cat and pet its head. The cat purred a deep low purr.
Once she had the fruit... she decided that she would risk comeing closer... she walked over and kneeled down in front of him... her hair slightly hanging in her face and held out the fruit to him smileing nervously.
uhm..-
-he paused during his attempted apology when she asked what "tresspassing" meant. he stared at her, just about to attempt to tell her, when the cat returned with a fruit and she came to kneel before him, offering it to him-
o.o;
-all he did was blink. he had been rubbing the sore wound on his arm, but both arms then fell limp, his hands setting onto the grass, leaning back a little in surprise.
It should have been expected but he didn't do anything. He simply stared, and a few seconds later a very slight pink tinge appeared on his cheeks, due to the awkward silence in this moment-

She stared at this strange person... he seemed to be at a loss for words... perhaps he didn't trust her? luckily she was a patient little kitty...
when he suddenly fell back her first instinct was to reach out and catch him, which onfortunately meant that when he caught himself she fell on his cheast! she stayed there for about a second just in suprise of the situation and then sat up with a slight blush of embarrisment sneaking accrossed her face...
"Umm... you are still weak... this will make you stronger... I promise..." turning her face away and useing her hair to try and cover the blush on her face she tries to hand him the fruit again...
o///o
-he jumped, gasping as she appeared (to him, of course) to fall forwards onto him. whether deliberate or not, he didn't know, but it made him jump, and then blush deeper as well-
ouh. . .
-he was pretty sure she didn't mean any harm from it, but still, it had surprised him. even when she explained about the fruit, he remained virtually motionless, watching her.
it seemed that only when the shock of her falling on him had passed him did he regain himself enough to reach out, using both hands to take the offered fruit. He was on her property, and he knew that however awkward the moment felt, he shouldn't be hostile. He didn't want to be thrown out-
Th- thank you..

she dropped her arm to her side when he finally accepted the fruit... "mhm... your welcome..." then she shook her head as if too shake off the embarrisment of the moment...
she had a lot of questions on her mind but she didn't want to be too pushy... or seem any more strange than she already did... one of the cats seemed to meow something and she blushed again and turned arround
"Hey thats not very nice... it was nothing like that!" the two cats seemed to meow to eachother and this just made her blush even more...
o.o;
-he blinked once, bringing the fruit and holding it against his chest with both hands whilst watching her attempting to contain or hide her embarrassment.
His head tilted just slightly as she appeared to speak to the strange cats. He understood pretty quickly that she understood their language; that didn't come across to him to be strange. The fact that whatever they said to her made her blush further did though, as he began silently wondering what they could have told her, but didn't dare ask.
He waited a few seconds, before lifting the fruit and taking a small bite from it. His arm still stung, so he found it a little difficult to raise it to bite it. The taste of the fruit was strange also, but he didn't complain. She had offered the fruit and it was hospitality that he ate it, regardless of whether it would help him recover or not-

once he bit into the fruit he would notice that it tasted warm... as if it had just been warmed over a fire... and it would give a strange small ammount of energy.
Soriana looks up and her blush dissappears when he starts eating and she just becomes very bright and friendly. "see? you feel a little better now... you can stay here as long as you like just to recover..." suddenly she realized that she was being very mysterious... "no wonder he's nervous" she thought to herself... then she smiled "I am soriana... by what name may we call you?"
o.o
-he paused eating the fruit, being momentarily taken aback by how suddenly her... personality seemed to change; suddenly opening up, becoming more friendly to him.
He didn't think it was a bad thing, he was just again, surprised by it. More surprised that he was allowed to stay-
um..
-he blinked once as she said her name. The first time she had said it, it had gone over his head. This time, it stayed there-
um... my name's... my name's Rorak..
-he managed a little smile, feeling a lot more relaxed now-

she smiled when he said his name and repeated it to make sure she had it right. "Rorak" she was glad to see that he seemed much more relaxed. She looked to the cats and said "Thanks for all your help... I believe I can take it from here... he doesn't seem hostil any way." She smiled and pet them as they purred. They nuzzled her face and then walked off into the cool night breeze and dissappeared into the shadows like liquid.
She looked back up at Rorak "how do you feel?"
Uhm..
-he paused, turning the fruit between his fingertips before taking another small bte from it-
Still kinda tired... (as if that wasn't obvious, from walking around dazed for a whole day) ... and kinda hungry..
-even before he finished that word, his stomach gave a loud, animal-like growl. From this loud sound, his cheeks flushed again, feeling he had embarrassed himself in front of her-

She giggled a little bit at the sound. "you remind me of some of my friends here" she smiled... "and eating that will be a start to staveing your hunger... after you have fineshed that we will see if you are strong enough to come with me to find some more food... ok?"
uhm... okay.
-he blinked, and then nodded, taking a third, much larger bite of the fruit, smiling again.
Now that he was relaxed, he was able to be a lot more friendly to her, and she was being friendly back in return-

she really didn't know what to say anymore at this point... so she just turned arround and played with the water... she was curious about what this guy was doing here... where he came from and who he was... but she wasn't going to ask...
o.o
-he blinked, very slightly leaning to the side, looking to her as she turned and amused herself with the water in the lake. He remained silent, just watching her. He didn't know what to do or say, so he simply watched, hoping she wouldn't think he was being rude.
Eventually though, he finished the fruit, and he had no choice but to attempt to do something. the silence was unnerving-
Uhm.... I've.... finished the fruit you gave me..

she suddenly sat up and slowly withdrew her hand from the mirror-like water... watching the droplets fall off her hand and back into the great glassy lake. then she turned arround and smiled. "Im glad to hear it... You enjoyed it then?" she hesitated... there was so much that she wanted to do... wanted to ask... but she had niether the courage or the clear mind to put the questions together... so she simply asked "How are you feeling? strong enough to walk?"
-he leant back, so he was straight again, continuing to watch and look to her-
Uhm... yeah.. it was okay.. I feel a lot better now.
^_^;;
So... I don't see why I can't walk around.
-after speaking, he attempted to hold back a yawn. Maybe she saw it even though he tried hiding it-

she siled again at his yawn... "we can find a place for you to sleep as well if you like? Im sure that there are some cats who would open up their homes to you." ^^
she wasn't sure what his reaction to this would be... but it was the only option she saw at the moment... she was supposed to set out today... thats what mother said... but she knew that someone elses well being was more important than going to explore... so she was patient with him
Uhm.. you can?
-he blinked twice. she seemed to be trying to hint at something; was she trying to see if he was scared or nervous about the fact she had cat-ears? He knew he should maybe say something about it, but he wasn't sure he should. She might be offended accidentally-
Well uh... it's just that.. I've been travelling and I.. I don't have anywhere to stay..
-slowly, he looked to his feet; his head hanging-
I'm kinda lost, too.

she tilted her head to the side... she was studying his face, he seemed to be thinking intently about something... but she didn't know what... and she didn't want to push...
"Well... if you are lost you should rest, you can deffinately stay here for the night" she smiled again "then we can ask mother to help you find your way to wherever it is that you are going..."
(>_< sorry.. was away over the weekend..
and did you read my PM? o.o)
Um.. you... can?
-he looked for a moment like he was thinking very hard, although he wasn't at all. His thoughts were simply on wondering why her head had tilted so suddenly, but again, he didn't want to question it-
That... that means a lot to me. a lot.
-he smiled again-

"Sure, why wouldn't we be able to?" she smiled ^^ "Its not a large burdon so there is no debt whatsoever... I am glad that it has good meaning for you though." Again he seemed to be looking at her in that strange puzzleing way... she decided it was time to give him something else to look at... "We should probably get going while you have your strength..."
Uhm.. okay.
-the smile remained on his face, although it faded just slightly as he attempted to pull himself up. He was still weak, and tired, and it took him a little longer than that he expected to get to his feet.
He hoped she didn't worry because of it. He was sure all he needed was some sleep-
So... uhm.. where exactly is your.. home?
Alleycat13

"hmm? we are there at the moment." she giggled at his cluelessness "The whole forest is my home..." she came over to help him up... putting his arm arround her neck... "But I know a group of earth marols who will open their den to you...
o.o
-his expression became clueless almost instantly, what she said making him ignore the fact she put his arm around her.
for a few moments, he attempted to understand how the whole forest could be hers, but eventually stammered a word a few times and eventually managed to speak coherently-
what are... earth marols?
