Sarah

Just took out a huge, front-page ad in the paper, to let everyone know....

Everything's all clean and polished, spic and span, tidy neat.

With comfy chairs and tables for anyone who wants to sit a bit.

Definitely no charge for all this.

Okay, I'm ready, now. ^^

Why did you want to put me as your best friend on your family list?

I'm flattered, ^^, but curious.

Can you describe a type of scenery that describes your personality and why?

Sarah
03-05-2008, 01:31 PM
frank, because you're my best friend. ^^

Montreal, that is really difficult. I think my basic personality requires a hillside, Mediterranean villa, with many tress, overlooking a deep blue, gentle sea.

Those things remind me of me.

who's this other Sarah you sometimes talk about,an evil twin or doppleganger?

Sarah
03-09-2008, 01:39 AM
That other Sarah is frank's angel faerie lover.

I think that's why some people call me member Sarah.

I don't mind, but I think you're playing with me, GG. ^^

The images you post in that thread are always for me. I know that. And thank you very much, btw.

I don't have an evil twin or a doppelganger--at least I hope I don't.

Do you think you've changed since you first joined ACF.

How? (if you think you have)

Dark Shadow

have you posted a pic of you in the return of the picture thread?

Sarah
03-18-2008, 10:58 PM
frank: Yes, I've changed. I'm more comfortable with all of you, now that I know you better, and that has allowed me to feel more a real part of ACF. ^^

Dyne: No I haven't, and I doubt if I will. The reality of my appearance against what I think is my perceived character, is just too different.

... ah?....

...errr... well, not so long ago I considered myself under average, or even worse... but, it seems that, in this site, everyone said I looked good... your choince anyways.

do you like games? if so, what kind?

Sarah
03-19-2008, 02:10 AM
Silly Dyne. That isn't what I meant at all. I'm very pleased with the way I look. I like myself the way I am and frank is always telling me nice things about my looks. I'm not sure I can explain it completely, but it has to do with being able to be someone else here, that is different from the irl me.

I never had a chance to get too involved in computer games. Money has always been in short supply, and it's only in this last year or so, that some of my time has freed me to enjoy things like this forum. ^^

oh... I see... well, if that is the impression you want to project, then it's alright. I'm sorry for that, but... well... ehh... let's get to the next question...

which kind of animes do you like watching more? (Genre or you can say one as reference)

Sarah
04-06-2008, 12:07 PM
I like action/adventure/fantasy more than any.

Takai
04-06-2008, 07:39 PM
What anime genres you definitely want to stay away from?

Sarah
04-09-2008, 02:15 PM
I really don't like Yu-Gi-Oh or Bagukan. That kind.

Takai
04-09-2008, 04:06 PM
So you're not much into boyish/shônen anime, that's fine ^^

What is your all-time favorite anime then?

Sarah
04-09-2008, 07:26 PM
I think I like Cowboy Bebop more than most. ^^

And definitely FLCL

I don't know what Shonen means. frank won't tell me. I guess I could find my dictionary. blek!! ^^

edit

Okay, I looked it up. Dictionary says it means "teenager" especially like teen-age boys. But it gave Inuyasha and Bleach and some other ones that I do like, but that are considered Shonen, I guess because of the ages of the characters.

that would include FLCL, also, I suppose?

This all gets very confusing.

Poor frank, now I'm beginning to understand why he feels the way he does, sometimes. ^^

Shonen is usually targetting teenage boys, it usually either involves action like in Bleach and Naruto. Or competition, like in Yugioh, Prince of Tennis, and other sports stuff. So you probably don't like game/sports anime ^^

Sarah
04-09-2008, 09:21 PM
I'm really not all that familiar with anime. I'm learning a little bit at a time, but yes, the ones I've seen, like Yu-Gi-Oh and Prince of Tennis didn't appeal all that much.

If there were an answer to any question in the world, which one would you ask?

wait, let me rephrase that so it makes sense to me. XD

if you could have any question, in the entier world, answered, which question would you ask?

what do you do in your past time? I mean. . uh . . . .. oh yeah that's it-
^_^ do you have a hobby?

Sarah
05-05-2008, 05:27 PM
frank: probably the Queen of Hearts. But in the Major Aracana, I associate with Justice and sometimes, The Magician. ^^

if you could have any question, in the entier world, answered, which question would you ask?

What it would be that would make me most happy.

^_^ do you have a hobby?

I write poetry.

did u run around with a bedsheet around yer neck when you were little?

Takai

Who was your childhood hero?

did u run around with a bedsheet around yer neck when you were little?

Not a bedsheet, no. But pillow cases were very fun. Bedsheets we draped over tables to hid inside our "forts" from the evil monsters (parents) ^^

Who was your childhood hero?

I had many Takai. But I loved Tarzan. And all the old "comic book" heroes.

I think I'm a throwback to an earlier time. Oh god!! Lancelot and Merlin and Guinivere. Even Robin Hood. ^^

Did you ever like Zorro? xD
(the first series, not the other one with Banderas)

what would you do with a lil demon servent?

Takai
06-05-2008, 01:36 AM
Are there any villains you like?

Do you like Vicious (from Bebop)?

Sarah
06-06-2008, 06:09 AM
Takai, I totally loved Zorro. He did things to me that Tarzan couldn't.

GG, I'd probably fall in love with it, or make it fall in love with me. ^^

Takai, I hate all villains, there aren't any i like.

No, Vicious is creepy. He makes my skin crawl.

Why are you hardly ever here, anymore? We get worried about you....

Best food to eat when it's cold outside?

Sarah
12-19-2008, 04:30 PM
frank, you're sweet, thank you. but you worry about everyone. *hugs*

Brian, it's got to be Cappuccino. warms me up all over inside and out. ^^

Brian

never thought of Cappuccino as food before...

If you had a special Sarah room that you could decorate and furnish any way you like, what would be in it?

Sarah
01-10-2009, 11:03 PM
I'm not too good at decorating, so I'd proabably ask for frank's help. ^^

but, definitely, I would need an oversize (King size, at least) bed, with satin and silk sheets, solid colors, but not too bold. and many, many, many, velvet covered pillows and matching silk and satin pillowcases for my sleeping pillows.

the floors marble and probably zebra wood combined into a geometric pattern. I would need comfortable leather chairs and foot stools and an antique credenza or pigeon-hole desk, maybe both, with pewter ink pots but metal quill pens, with vegetable parchment and sealing wax of burgundy.

Bookcases would line two walls filled with books from top to bottom. The ceilings would be about 10 feet high. No plastic anywhere. Everything would be natural stone or wood or leather or metal, but no plastic.

Lighting all indirect and controlled for brightness and intensity. A kitchen area that would double as a wet bar with polished mahogany counter tops and mahogany and leather stools with comfortble backs and seats.

Artwork originals by Degas, statuary by Rodin, paintings by Beaugereaux and Matisse, along with artwork from the Hudson River School, and some of Georgia O'keeffe's works. No photography--not even Ansel Adams. Only oils and watrercolors and gouache.

for right now, that's enough I think. ^_^

Um... not sure if this is a good question, but... do you know frank? And if so, how do you know him?

Sarah
07-08-2009, 12:02 AM
Yes, I know frank. He's one of my few, real friends.
We just happened to meet one day, somewhere, and started talking, and just seemed to become friends.
I think it was in a Barnes & Noble bookstore.

frank

Yes, it was--at B&N. over coffee....

did you notice your gift and I put you on my Family list. I didn't mean to ignore you like. I apologize.
