Background: Raine lived peacefully with the elves and faeries in the Sea of Trees, but started traveling when she heard the news about the disputing kingdoms. She wanted to gather information to see if she could help stop the fighting. She's been in one war and doesn't want to see another one erupt. Raine has already been east to the mountains of Kerryoleth, and studied the winged people. She soon decided to head to Maldia to try and gather more information about the other kingdoms before visiting them herself.

-Star Storm: Launches one arrow to the sky, magically creating a storm in any direction.
-Star Breaker: Countless arrows fall, only damage foes. Sometimes heals friends.
-Water spear: Launches a magically enchanted arrow, taking the form of a highly piercing spear.
-Thunder call: Launches a magically enchanted arrow, can sometimes be faster than sound and paralyze foes.
-Toxic Bloom: Magically produces a small field of budding flowers that surround the enemy, and the flowers release poisonous gas when they bloom.
-White Song: Sings in nature's language, using the energy of nature itself to heal allies. Can only sing for a short while, though.
-Phoenix Wing: Wings temporarily catch on fire, and with each beat, release a heat wave that burns the enemy.
