Do you have a word, or two, or more that you want to receive fame and credit for having brought it into this world?
Put it here if you want. I'll submit it to Urban Dictionary, giving you credit for the word.
Some guidelines:
No profanity.
No sexually explicit words.
No leet! Please.
No sadistic or masochistic terms.
No foreign words.
No words designed to insult, attack, or flame, or bait, anyone.
No religious, political, racial or gender-based slurs.
No nonsense!!
All ACF Rules & Regs apply. ^^
Give me the word, with your meaning, and I'll submit it.^^
I won't give your real name (if I know it) or your address (if I know it) or your e-mail. No personal information like that.
I'll credit you by your ACF membername, and ACF, Florida as the location.
I'll edit your post to give the date of submission.
You do know, you can do all this yourself? But if you want us to see your word(s), I'm happeh to do this. ^_^
Your turn....^^

here it is, unpublished but under review.
snute
snute:
to snute is to smite with an allmighty noogie of DOOOOOOOOOOOOM!!!
A practice followed by forum Mods & Admins. Less severe than "smiting" but strong enough to attract attention & discipline the offending poster. LOL
"Dood, I almost got smited for my post, but the Mod only snuted me."
Source: The Guiltiest Gear, ACF, Florida
:)
The only words I feel I've made up are the uses irl of the words 'meh' and 'rash'.
also one other but I've forgotten them.
<_< this means don't bother trying to submit them, they're probably already there.

I'll put these words, with the definitions you supplied, as entries to UD.
UD will take it from there, whether they are accepted or not.
They still haven't accepted Doodzam! and that was entered weeks ago.

Mac and myself developed the word 'meh' as the verbal form of a shrug. We developed it some 8 to 11 years ago.

GG, here's this one:
1. Doodzam!! 1 thumb up
The word used by a super-human Prinny to arrive at or leave from anywhere through space/time instantaneously.
Comparable to Captain Marvel's word: "Shazzam!"
"That Prinny said Doodzam!! and he disappeared, kupo!"

Don't know what took it so long, but your word is official, now. grats, dude. ^^
I also entered doodzam as a variation, today. It should be "official" soon, also. ^^

Okay.

Edit in:
Interjection
meh
(slang) Expressing indifference or lack of enthusiasm.
“What do you want for dinner?” — “Meh. I’m not really hungry.”
“That film was awesome!” — “Meh. I’ve seen better.”
1995 March 19, “Lisa’s Wedding”, The Simpsons
Marge: [weaving on a loom] “Hi Bart!, I’m weaving a loom!”
Bart: “Meh”.
“Hey, wanna go pwn some noobs?” — “Meh.”
Seems like The Simpsons owned you by about a year or so. lol
@ Mac: If you want to give me your definitions for the words you mentioned, I'll be glad to submit them.
Just because they are already there, doesn't mean the list can't be added to, or that your definitons wouldn't be accepted. Try it and see. ^^
@Dyne: I just finished entering both your words: doodish and DoodzerzsNo, we were saying that way back before that episode even aired.
thanks for the correction. now I know the true authors of an often-used word. ^^meh

what?!... dood?... the words I invented were accepted?!... dood
*shocked face*
doooooooooooooodZ!
-is actually crying with laughter-
I don't know why I find it funny.. >< Maybe because it just looks like something from the Meaning of Liff or Uncyclopedia or something......
><
I'm tempted to attempt to attempt to describe my 'other' description of 'meh'. i.e. the use of it as the language of most 13 - 18 year olds. ><
that's what they usually say to everything isn't it? 'meh' 'muh' 'mrh' 'muuuuuuurh..' and stuff xD

Excerpted from
guardian.co.uk
Meh - the word that's sweeping the internet
Michael Hann The Guardian, Monday March 5 2007
No one is quite sure where it comes from....
....Some credit the 2001 episode Hungry Hungry Homer ... But the Language Log website notes a 1995 episode in which Bart dismisses Marge's discussion of weaving with a "meh"....
....Some amateur etymologists on the web reckon meh is derived from Yiddish, pointing to a 1936 song that uses it as the sound of a goat bleating. A poster on Artblog.net called it a "Yiddish interjection used to express disdain that borders on apathy"....
It seems that this particular word was, in fact, described and verifiably used in public record some 72 years ago.
And that it was used for and by an audience which probably didn't contain very many 13-18 year olds.
I didn't know what the Internet was until I was 15. o_O;
Just bexcause I was shrugging and going 'meh' at stuff doesn't eman it came from the Internet. It's a verbal form of a shrug, after all. O_o;

Okay.
I'm tired of this now, anyway. It's not going anywhere or proving anything. By anyone.
It sure as hell isn't contributing to this thread. >.<
If anyone has words to submit, those are welcome.
Meaningless, distracting, spammy commentary isn't.
