This book is real good, I reckon. I read it whilst I was on holiday earlier this year, and now I have a website link.

For those who don't know the book

The Meaning of Liff is a humor book which gives definitions to otherwise useless words, such as words on streetposts and city names. The book was written by a Brit (A Londoner, I think)

There are some good definitions (i.e. look up Vancouver, lol)

You can even make sentences with them.

here's the link: http://folk.uio.no/alied/TMoL.html

dunno... do you think we should unlock it?

Maybe it was locked because of no replies?

I was looking for another thread when i found this one, right at the back page of jokes ^_^

lol it's just that this was one of the first ever threads I made here......

and it was ignored totally and I presume HM23 locked it on her lock spree

dunno. should we leave it unlocked? or should we just have a nice mod only chat about this book? XD ..... nah that's unfair.
