I like it, it's cooler and more dramatic. WHat's other's thoughts on the matter?

I think, though, that the colomn, ...word panel thing,
might need to be changed- I don't know in what way but it just looks off form the rest of it.

I'd have to agree with Mel.

It smashed we right in the face when I first saw it, and I was all like "WOW!" But after calming down, the updates column does seem to be a bit... off. At the very least, it is perhaps too long, as it stretches far down the page.

Other than that, I think it's ace.

If you want to Wraith, you can always suggest a layout (or at the least a background) that you feel is better.

(I just worked out how cinder made the frontpage look how it does - jammy bastard.)

Also right now - a vote - I want to increase the font size on it (the current one) to font 10 or 11. yes or no?

The reason why I suggested increasing the fonrpage font is simply because I myself have to open the homepage in Edit+ to be able to read it. ><

The same with the forum's font size, really. I can barely see the text on here, but don't know how to increase the font since the ACP doesn't work on it.

It's good stuff, but need to make the banner "anime chat forums" brighter so it sticks out and like everyone said that massive table down the centre is just way too long. Cut the information down to what's needed and maybe have a second page with all the updates yadda yadda. No one's going to scroll down that far. Have a large link to the main forum and a short sassy description of what it is we're about then have a second link to the sub page with that huge table on it. But the table needs to be shortened or laid out a little better.

It's just a test page, I'm intending to delete the old updates or move them, anyway.

Been messing around with the 'old' homepage, and I've figured out how to change the table / text colours, and the background (could possibly re-arrange the whole thing if I wanted) so I'm debating whether to keep the old layout of the homepage or not.

I want to have a 'rotating' background on the homepage (i.e. a different background every time the page is viewed) which would at least add a new element to viewing the homepage. Unfortunately I don't know how to code the homepage to do that.
