Distance is a curse we cannot deny,
So to close the gap I close my eyes,
Our souls meet halfyway just happy to be together...
the way it should be now and forever.
The wind sweeps down from the heavens above,
and whispers the words you used to declare your love.
The beams of the sun radiating on my face,
delivers to me the warmth of your embrace.
When the sky is gray, and i'm wet from the rain,
it reminds me that distance brings great pain.
