Mysterious Tears

I watch as tears fall down my face
Mysterious tears streaming down my face
Why are you crying?
I think to myself
Why are you showing so much emotion?
But I don’t know why
Nothing traumatic has happened to me
Nothing terrible is going wrong in my life
Ya, I’m a little stressed out
But not enough to make me start crying
To mysteriously start bawling my eyes out

I have to hid it
I can’t show so much emotion
I have to keep my mask on
To keep my face from the world
The world doesn’t want to see my scars
So I have to hide behind a mask
But these tears are melting my mask away
I have to stop them
I have to keep them inside

I don’t know why I am crying
There has to be a reason
A reason why these tears
Are falling down my face
How can I be crying,
When my life isn’t so horrible?
Why are these tears,
Mysteriously falling down my face?

wow...I know what is like to hide myself behind a mask. Its ok to cry even if its for no reason its a way to let everything out.

Reading this poem has kinda made me sad. We only wear a mask, to sheild ourselves from everyone. But what about the people that want to share your burden, your pain...Will you shut out the people that care about you? We are not alone in this world, somewhere in the world is like you.

Maybe you might be alone, because you break away from people that what to be with you, people that want to get to know you. There will always someone there for you, that will want to know how have you been. I don't believe in lonliness unless you sheild yourself.

are my memories.
My memories of you.
I won't forget you,
