Due to a deep trauma at school Sakurada Jun has refused to return. He spends his time in his room, surfing the web and ordering anything that takes his fancy, only to return the items just before payment is due. One day, he finds a web site that tells him to put his order in a drawer of his desk. He does so thinking it to be a joke, only to find that the letter disappears and a strange package arrives soon afterwards. It contains an exquisite doll, that, when wound, comes to life. She treats him as a servant of little worth, but over time helps him come to grips with his fears and in the life-or-death fights that soon follow her arrival.
basic story is Jun and Shinku have a pact,Jun is to rpotect Shinku's Rosa Mystica(a Rozen Maiden's soul)by providing her with the power to fight(if a rozen maiden loses,thier roza mystica is taken by the winner.)
so this dood called Rozen created 7 dolls(centuries ago based on dialouge) while trying to create Alice(a bieng of supreme beauty lacking any impurities yadda yadda),as the 7 are all failed attempts to create Alice,they all can become Alice and meet father by playing the Alice game(think mortal combat where the winners absorb thier sister's souls and memories ^^; )
the series starts out as humor as Jun has to deal with Shinku and 3 of her sisters,and his attempt to come out of his shell. it becomes tragic as it goes on,starts out with Jun and SHinku's little(technically older O_o)sister becoming her servents...its a form of compassion you could say lol.eventually 2 more sisters pop up but Sugintou remains the antagonist.all of the characterss powers are interesting and i like how they all dress aristocraticlly
there are occasional battles but mostly its Jun bieng ordered to do things by SHinku,bullied by Seiseiseki,and the dolls watching a show bout a doll XD

nothing spectacular but its very enjoyable
