DOA - Dead or Alive

To be honest this movie looks cheesy and is of the highest quality of tackiness, but as a loyal DOA fan - of it's random ending and weird ass bosses, I must go and see it tomoz, even tho Holly Valance is in it :shock: I shall report back later of how bad it is ... you never know it could be *gulp* alright ! If anyone else has seen it comment asap !

Ok I saw it today and I was pleasently suprised. It had a plot ! It focused mainly on Kasumi searching for Hayate which was prominent in the games. By the way is Ayane her 1/2 sister ? Coz her and Hayate got something weird going on, very incestuous :shock: Anyways back to the movie, Tina and Christie were the other two main charries. I was dissapointed chars like Lei Fang and Bayman weren't looked at... but never the less it focused on the story and not on how high their boobs could bounce - actually now that I think about it they were pretty much flat chested compared to the game -lol. One new char - max was introduced who was their to amuse the girls. Donathan was finally shown and his significance to the game was explained. Christie's char is a theif rather than assasin. I loved the fact they plugged their DOA-Volleyball game in it, it was subtly done. However Hayate and Hayabusa were not that good looking which annoyed me the most :( But we get a cute random pirate who also was the main guy from Mortal Kombat (realised 1/2 thru the film and announced to the world) Hooray for geekiness ! Loads of diff platforms were used and just well done, just the advert looked incredibly rubbish. Zack and Bass were comic relief and well all the other chars were pretty much non-exsistent, pretty much a girl power sort of movie. 8)

I give it a 8/10
