Okay, basically, I just wanted to add more smilies... mainly this one:

I have a bunch of really funny smilies in a PAK file on my computer.

We can't put them in though. We need access to cPanel in order to install the smilies into the site's database, and you know what getting access to the database files is like. o_O

I meant to do something like this ages ago, too. +D

From what I can see, we CAN edit the smilies part of the database, or at least, upload a new .PAK file
