The sound of your laugh and mine makes
My heart soar with happiness
I won't smile without you there

Her tears as she hugs and comforts me
My voice telling her it's alright, I'll see
You and be happy again
A forced smile, stoked sadness, I can't
Take these feelings anymore, I want to be near you, but
My mind screams at me that I'm being foolish and blinded by
Your presence...why does something so good...hurt me so bad...
