The dream of meant to be
In the night, I see you in my dreams
I hug you there, wish to give you a kiss
In my deepest wishes and imagination
I want to be with you so badly
I imagine myself with you
I can almost see your smile,
Almost feel the warmth of your embrace
I could give my all to be with you
If only for a day!
I picture us together
I pray at night
That it will be you and me
You by my side
In my wishes and dreams
That’s the way it’s meant to be.

You pay the price
Through our time on earth
Through the days of our lives
About us, there are rumours heard
About us, they were telling lies.
Sugar-coated and false
Being like that to the one
who loves you
To the person who cared about you
You’re being cold, you’re being cruel
Thinking, by this among your pals,
They would think you’re cool.
Going behind your friends’ backs
Accusing them falsely
Saying only other people make you happy
While you yourself,
laugh inside at the irony.
Not really knowing what
you want from life
Being confused, you tell people lies
Having lost confidence,
having lost your pride
You try to seek a shelter
Thus, you try to hide.
Laughing falsely,
pretending you’re so nice
You think everyone wants to
Be with you
While they see through you,
They see the faking in your eyes.
Oh, but one day
Life will make you pay
The price you have to pay
For all those years you faked away.
Believe me,
that day, will be a slap in your face!
When you trampled on and
broke peoples’ hearts into
Especially those who loved you
You’ll know that what you did, you’ll regret
Because even if people forgive,
Life will never forget.
