Time

The clock is ticking,
As time flies by.

I'm not moving
Or changing.

I can't blink
Or breathe.

I watch silently
As the world goes by.

And the clock is still ticking,
As time flies by.

This poem tells how I'm trapped in time, never doing anything, except watching the world go by.

Is good, Ditz. I had to read it many times, which might be good or bad, but in the end I always felt the same.

It made me want to come and either speed up the clock, or do some other outrageous thing to the Time that trapped you so.

Not many poems actually make me want to come to the poet's side.
