What I mean by power music is, music that moves you enough to get motivated. What song makes you amped once it comes on the radio, or on your mp3 player's playlist.

Except I used to listen to more mellow stuff too back then.
I'm stuck in a heavy mood lately.

But anyway, yeah, on topic, my power music is generally heavy or aggressive music...hence the heavy mood.

But not always.
