(You are soooo going to regret telling ME to be descriptive XD though I hope it's not too descriptive ^^;;;
If this place is too big, too elaborate or anything along those lines don't hessitate to ask me to change, edit, or start over. Tis my first day and I am a little unfarlimiour with this forum. This place has always been where my character resides BUT if it's not fitting for this real just say o.o I am not scarry and ebil XD)
Welcome to my home the Sanctuary of the damned. This place is protected by magical runes that provide protection from all types of magic making it impossible to use any magic within the walls of the sanctuary without permission. Even then only minimal magic can be used as there is no fighting within these walls, so nuu trying to attack things XD. No teleporting into or out of my sanctuary either. I welcome all into my home and offer protection and guidance
BREIF INTRO
On the horizon you can see a dark mansion crafted by the shadow masters of ancient birth(Enchantress ish a shadow master), runes glow in the distance harbouring great power threatening the evil and welcoming sanctuary to those who crave it. Made of dark stone it is unmoved by time nor the elements or even magic or weapons of man. The towers to the left and right harbour ghostly purple light beckoning forth those who have eyes to see into the safety of the shadows.
Daring to venture inside the cold stone floor would be the first to greet your form as your eyes wandered over the dark walls engraved with magical runes not an inch un-turned. Anti-magic runes along with runes of soul, blood, time, fire, ice, cyclone, crystalyn, beast ect. Too many runes within the sight to name, all of which play their own crutial role to the safety and protection of this ancient sanctuary
Venturing forth past the stairs to your left and the dining hall to your right you will find the throne room in which the mistress watches over all those who enter here. Those who reside here are warriors, civilians, deamons and Angels alike. The only place on Earth where all races and species are welcome to embrace eachother in peace unable to do any fueding with the protection of the runes.
So come in, stay a while and pay your respects to that which is neither darkness nor light.. Only with the embracing of the dark and of the light will you seek the shadows.. venture forth kindsman and strike if you dare but for each blade that greats the sheild one's honour shall be stripped bare.
RULES:
BASIC
-No teleporting in or out of the sanctuary
-No using magic within the sanctuary walls (Minimal spells can be used with permission. Healing is the only spell allowed)
-No one except Enchantress enters the "Weapons room" it is restricted and it is physically imposible for another person besides herself to enter
-No fighting inside the sanctuary (Posts will be deleted)
-Training must be aproved by the Master of the thread or is otherwise counted as fighting
ATTACKS
-Attacks to the outer walls are also useless
-All magic, man made weapons, bio engeneered weapons, alien weapons, or any molecular monipulation does not work and will back fire upon the user
-self harm is not allowed, you cannot cut yourself, kill yourself ect. only mental harm to ones self is allowed
-Mental contamination by outside entities are silenced when entering the sanctuary. There is one room that will allow you to face it however, but that room still has the runes to stop you from hurting yourself. The room is called "Door to mentality"
DEFENSES
-Each person is highly protected while in the sanctuary. If you try to harm them a shield will flicker over them and any harm inflicted will be absorbed
-Any damage attemtpted upon the walls will be absorbed by the runes and have no effect upon the stone inside or outside the sanctuary.
-Damage to a fellow person's mind using psychic abilities will also be absorbed by the runes.
-Mind reading is also not allowed. Though soul reading to determine if the person has good or bad intentions is allowed
OUTSIDE
-A magnetic feild from the Earth's core (Natural not magical) prevents the use of any radio, detonating device, explosives ect. All objects with an electronic pulse or property are immediately distroyed when they come close to the sanctuary. This feild surrounds up to 3000 metres
-Fighting is allowed outside but still no damage is done to the sanctuary and any fighter who wishes may enter to claim sanctuary
-the garden is also protected by runes written upon the very earth and cannot be attacked. The same effect would happen if you tried to attack inside the sanctuary or from the outside in
ALL WHO ENTER
For every person who enters the doors of the sanctuary the magical runes recognise their power signature and develop an anti-magic rune specifically for that person which allows the protection of others and the sanctuary it's self if that person were ever to escalate their powers seeking to over power the runes to get to someone
DESCRIPTION OF SANCTUARY
As you walk in there are runes on the right and left designed to scan all those who enter. No one can evade this not even spirits or entities. 10 metres forward to your left there is a dark staircase from which you can see a a series of great oak doors (160 in all) that continue down the large coridor each harbouring a name when a warrior choses their room though their are many that remain blank at the moment. The third room on the right side of the stairs has a dark purple door and the name "Lady Enchantress" upon the silver plate on the door. Ofcourse, that is her room
If you go to the right after you walk in the entrance of the sanctuary you will find the dining hall. The doors are silver and marone leading to a large banquet table, the room appears to be owned by a noble as it has expensive fabrics and paintings all around it is the brightest room in the sanctuary littered with colours of gold and marone and silver along with the pictures upon the walls. Meals are served by shadow servents. Servents that are black shimmering purple and faceless with deap otherworldly voices that obey commands and pay respect to all that enter.
If you decide to continue forward rather than going left or right you will come to the large throne room. On the ceiling in the center of the room there is a large central shadow rune carved deaply into the stone. the throne is crafted of black and silver with fox-like beasts at each arm rest with their jaws wide seeming ready to attack, their eyes having red lights seeming ever watchful. There are suits of armour on both walls that remain motionless in dirfferent colours with different armour seeming to mark the ages of another realm. two of each placed oposite of eachother so they are matched to the other side of the room
There is another staircase to the right leading out of the thrown room up to a few of the facilities that are located above the rooms. These include the alter romo where the preist Maruis usually resides to hear confessions. This room is set up much like an old church with stain glass windows, candles and an alter for prayer as well as a confessional to the left if there is more than one person around. This is one of the towers. The second tower contains the "Door of mentality". The room in which you can face all of your inner voices and find yourself. Even challenge yourself if you need to. Be aware though.. By requesting to duel a memory within your own mind it becomes as real as you are
If you moved past the throne room you would find a coridor on either side. The left has a door that leads outside to the garden, or if you continue on in the coridor you will come to a room where there are many doors each with an elemental rune upon it save the bathing room which is clearly marked with those words. The doors with the runes harbour the training rooms, each having an elemental advantage save one which has no advantages. You can train alone or with a partner but inside these rooms training is grooling and painful. The only thing that cannot happen in these rooms are killing. When you come back out from training the rune upon the ceiling will restore your body to how it was before you entered though you will still feel tired and strained from the training. Basically the rune heals all of the wounds inflicted by the training
Moving to the bathing room, as you open the door there are two doors leading left or right. To the left is the womens bathing area and to the right is the mens. Both are basically the same containing a large hot tub that looks more like a pool and two smaller spas. The showers and changing rooms are located at the back and towels are provided in the change rooms in the linen closet to the right next to the sinks
If you moved out the door to the garden you would be greeted by a beautiful assortment of colours and scents of the most beautiful flowers imaginable. The garden contains a large maze, in the center of the maze it's not known what resides as no one has ever comkpleted the maze before, though if you look down from the towers you can see a bench and a brown square that appears to be some sort of door.
If you go to the door on the right from the throne room there is a flight of stairs leading down in which there are two locked doors along the way. If you continue you will come to the dungeon that looks fairly new and shiny rather than dank and dark. It is clear few people have been placed down here and it was never really intended to be used, but is there just in case. There is a chair to the left where a figure unmoving in a black cloak sits seeming lifeless but left there reguardless. The keys reside in the figures hands.
FORBIDDEN WEAPONS ROOM
There is no door evident to this room thus no one truely knows where it resides if it even has a constand place where it is. No one save Enchantress can enter. You cannot barge the door as there isn't one, you can't mysteriously find it as it is blocked off to anyone but her.
