Flame [spam up, FoS up, wisdom down, diplomacy down] (can only use spam or FoS to attack)
Emo [halves all stats (round up), take 5 damage]
Inactive [can't attack for 1 turn, or be attacked. Can still use skills. Only effected by 'banned' and 'IP banned']
Medicated [Insanity down, wisdom up]
Calm [Diplomacy up, FoS down]
Hyper [spam up, cuteness up, insanity up, wisdom down, spam up, FoS up, diplomacy down, humour up]


Attacks:

All Mods:
Banned [like 'inactive', but can't use skills either. Lasts 2 turns. If used on another Mod or Admin, it works, but I.P. Banned afterwards]

Admins:
I.P. Banned [redraw a new member card]

Artsy Persons:
Photoshop
New-Sig [heals som HP on target]
New-Avvie [gives however many power points you use on this skill to the enemy]

teh hyper-girls [e.g. LB-chan]
Hyper-Self

Anti-Emo-Patrol [e.g. Slayer]
Denounce Emo [inflicts Emo status on enemy card]

Dragon-Owners:
Dragon Protect [takes damage in next round, up to 10HP]
Dragon Rage [Inflicts 50% charactor's remaining HP onto enemy]

Flame-War [puts self and target into flame mode]
Fireproof [can't be effected by 'flame' status]
