I don't believe in fate one little bit. Not at all. If fate is real, them tell me what my fate is. I don't like the idea that your life has been pre-ordained. That no matter what you do, you will end up in a certain way. It's not right. I want my life to be what i make it.
I don't understand at all how reading lines on your palm can tell your past or your future. I don't get how they can be related... it's all a load of crap.

Fate is something, I believe, that steps in and out of your life. You can't really blame the awful situation you're in on fate all the time; that's just silly. Sometimes fate steps in and changes up some things.
But all that crystal ball and palm reading stuff is bullcrap.

Hm... I think everything relies on both luck and chance/opportunity, as well as the willpower and skill to get where you want to be.
I think fate exists for love, though. It either is, or it isn't. You can't make something perfect. I don't know if I'm being clear... >.>

Fate? I don't really believe in it, not in the general sense anyhow...
In our universe, we can't be sure what will happen next, and there is no real way to predict the future...we just can't count all the variables...
However, there is a good possiblity that there is a quantum universe born to make up for variables, a new universe for every decision made, every change in a universe ^_^
I think this, because the universe doesn't 'roll the dice' on things, so in order to account for all variables, there has to be a universe living out every possible reality ^_^

Okay i just pressed the wrong button and my whole msg is gone. So this post wont be as good as the orignal.
Fate:
I dont believe in fate...the same reason i really dont believe in god that much. Because i dont like the idea of being someones leading lady in some corney book. I rather decided if im going to cross the street or not by myself.
Fate:
If there is such a thing i wouldnt be proud of it. Wouldnt be happy. Why? Cause if they is then all fate is tryin to tell you is that: i own you. I planned you. I planned you family. I planned the wars. I planned the deaths. I wanted them to die. I wanted this family to loss their first born. I planned for AIDS/HIV to not be curable (yet). I planned cancer. I planned the molestation. I planned for all of this and you better be proud. Well who cares if you are cause ill make you proud.
Thats all i got for now.

Fate and destiny don't exist. Your future is what you make it.

heh, fate. i guess fate has a lot of names. but to me, this is fate.
the day of you're birth you're handed a card, the card is blank. the next day you're given a pen, it doesnt work, except for on the card. the third day, you're told to write on the card, you write what you are, you write what you do, you write your fate.

Stuff like Tarot cards (Maybe not palm reading or crystal balls) actually work. Tarot cards sometimes tell the future, but then again, sometimes you change the outcome just by reading the original outcome. Some techniques of telling the future don't literally look into the future. They see the currents at work in your life: i.e. the people, atmosphere, situation, etc. and they can tell you where--if you continue on the course youre on--you will end up soon. Everyone does have destiny, or fate, or whatever...but I think it changes. It changes with every experience. Nothing is set in stone. And about the whole God watching us die and stuff. That's not how it works. God promised never to interfere. He only watches now. Which sucks, but there ya go. I'm sick of everybody trying to blame stuff on God or the Devil. We do this crap to ourselves. We CHOOSE what we do. WE make our wars. WE spread our diseases. Neither God nor the Devil has anything to do with it.

Hello fate. Hello God. What I wonder about is why I should I be condemned to Hell for God's sins. According to the bible God plans out everything, fate. If he does that then he plans when someone is going to kill an old woman for the fifty dollars in her purse. Or when some pervert lets loose and rapes and murders little girls to get his sick kicks. He plans every sin that I will commit in my entire existance. He makes it all happen. Why should I be condemned to Hell for God's sins? This whole reasoning is based upon the belief that God creates everyone's fate. God decides. What if he doesnt? What if we all have to rely upon ourselves to lead our own lives, to follow our own path. Fate and God are there for the weak to lean on. An ideal of how everyone should act. But this God is not for me. He may be out there, but I will not spend my life on following blindly. If anything I would spend my life trying to figure him out. Trying to reach his pillar, and find him at the top of mount Olympus. I prefer not to leave my soul in the hands of someone that there is proof to their existance. Its bad enough to give me controll of it, but to just hand it over and say "I will be your follower, tell me what to do and I shall". How would I know that this is God? Could it be some crazed man who is leading me in the opposite direction of "GOD". Could it be Satan, masking himself with such skill? well, I ramble. This is a very important issue in my life. My soul will go where it goes, my own personal belief is that some souls are too strong to just end after life. There must be somewhere they go and continue, it cant just end. I would love to hear some input on this, if anyone would care to share.

Basically, I don't believe in God, I am not saying such an entitiy exists, but I seriously doubt it...
But lets say I did (even though I don't)...Basically, the only way a rational 'omnipotent' entity would be able to fairly 'punish' you for 'your' sins, is if it wasn't planned out....Of course who says 'God' would have to be a rational being...The more power one has, the more megalomaniacal they would likely be...of coruse, if there was a 'God' absolute power and knowledge would perhaps make the being an entity with a sure grasp of rationality
Of course, I don't believe in any God, such a being would counter logic and sense, such a being would trap itself in irrationalities and implode, taking the universe, and existence itself, with it...The only 'omnipotent' thing in existence, if there is one, is not a sentient entity...sentience would likely cause said being to self distruct.....
Of course, Omniscience COULD possibly ballence out Omnipotence....Hmmm, an Omnipotent being is Omniscient by default, since having 'all power' would mean Omniscience would be an included power...
Who says 'god' if it exists, is 'All' anything, it could simply be a being of greater power then ours, but not necessarily 'Omni' level...

It never says anywhere in the Bible that God PLANS for bad things to happen. It says he KNOWS it will happen. Not that he MAKES it happen. The Free Will covenant thing says we make our own choices and suffer for those choices if they're wrong. He also promised late in the bible, I think, that he wouldn't interfere in our affairs anymore.
I agree, I don't think God is "Omnipotent", either. Probably if He exists, He's just better than we are. XD Not Omnipotent. Nevaaa.

all very well put.
now here's mine ^^.
fate; like macus said, maybe not EVERYthing happens for a reason, but if it was meant to happen it will.
I think there is not such thing as a fate or future.
Everything you do is your choice, there are things to find and do on the way to where every one eventually ends up, but how you get there is defintely your choice, the things that get you there are the 'fate' people see, not what you do with it.
like a wallet, or a kid being bullied, it's fate that you see it, but how you deal with it is your choice.
the world around us is the so called 'fate'- not what we do about it.
things said from the past that come true? I think that's just how much your dragged into something.
like palm reafing- if that reader really hooks you into the reading.
Your mind sees it happening and it does.
You work towards it?
all I can say about it- some readings are bull, it all depends on how potent you are with your future intentions for the reader to pick up on.
well that was my oppinion. n.n enjoy- or don't
