Favourite type of tv show?

So, what dya like? If possible please try to give reasons :P

I mean, like 'reality TV', 'humour', 'self improvement' [like cookery XD], dya just watch cartoons perhaps, or only flick on the box for the news? :P Perhaps a sci-fi person, or someone who knows the plot of every soap better than their times tables? ;)


Personally, I'll quite happily watch most humour shows, my favourite kind being satire, especially stuff poking fun at the government/world events, like 2D TV, Have I Got News For You, and, most recently added, Mock The Week.

I think this is probably because it appeals to the slight rebel, and commedian, in me, at the same time ;)

Quite right. 2DTV has to be one of the funniest progammes, ever. I used to watch Have I got news for you all the time, until the guy who presented it got charged for something to do with prostitutes and drugs.

I love my comedy. I hate reality TV. I've watched about 30minutes of the new series of Big Brother in total, and I haven't even watched a second of Celebrity love island. I don't want 3 hours of my evening wasted by staring at celebrities make out. It's a bit pervy. Don't get me started on Rebecca Loos and the pig...

i adore comedy. 70'show..reality shows turn into comedy sooner or later...but the 70'showm robot chicken, family guy, american dad,...i used to like 3rd rock from the sun... yeah.

Comedy! I really dont like full on series shows.

I watch a lot of sci-fi but my fav shows are Viva La Bam, Pimp My Ride, Stargate SG1, Babylon 5 and the occasional Star Trek Voyager and Enterprise.

I enjoy reality Tv alot...i enjoy bigbrother and clebrity love island and all that. I like cookery programs (Like ready steady cook) I also enjoy my ITV dramas :lol: And cartoons and such. Humour most definately (Like 2D-TV and Little Britain) and cheesy gameshows like Bruce's price is right and such...And i also like other gameshows such as: Nevermind the Buzzcocks and such.......Also i like soaps such as: Coronation Street, and if i'm bored Emmerdale and EastEnders :oops:

and also alot of other stuff...but thats the main!
