dude in search for anime

im am lookingfor an anime series that aired a couple years ago on toonami, it had some redheaded dude with a gun that shoots magic bullets, and a cat lady thats like an assasin, and she get her power from moons, and she has ah huge appetite, she was like an assasin or something, and the redheaded dude bought her food some time, but he dined and dashed when the bill came and the catchick had toi do dishes, and the whole series was about some mystical ship that a person was made with or something like that, and the chick was found in a suitcase, that was stolen from these dudes that can make like their chi trun into ebergy and attack people with chi dragons, and this whole series took place in space, they were loking for some kind of treasure or something, and it had this assasin samurai chick that had a wooden sword that blew a hole in the ceiling in one of hte episodes, and it had some small boy that was partners with the redheaded dude, and the ship was found in a sun somewhere, and later on in the series they all joined forces, and at the end they like fused their bodies to fight some evil dude,
